Why we established Green Light Consultancy Group

Before launching Green Light Consultancy Group, the three of us worked across the commercial energy sector, and we kept seeing the same problems over and over. Businesses tied into expensive contracts they didn’t understand, suppliers were impossible to get hold of, especially as more moved to digital-only platforms, and brokers who vanished the moment a deal was signed, leaving customers stranded with no ongoing support.
It wasn’t just frustrating, it was broken.
We knew businesses deserved better. Not just a cheaper deal, but a partner who could provide honest advice, real human support and a clear way forward in a volatile market. We started Green Light to do exactly that.
From day one, we committed to doing things differently. We built a model focused on long-term account management, not one-off sales. We made customer service the priority, not an afterthought.
